Don’t worry. Things like this happen usually because the conception date is not always what you calculate it to be. Also all the sonograms have an error factor involved while calculating the fetus age. 1 week error after seven weeks is nothing to worry about at the moment. But do give her all the rest she needs and keep yourself involved with her activities. She needs you now more than she ever needed you before. Baby will grow all right.
