Fast healthy foods to eat during your pregnancy?
I’ve been eating salads
Fruit
Yogurt
Eggs
Cereal…
pb&j sandwiches…
Im mainly concern about eating the right things…
I’m always on the run so it needs to be stuff I can make quick…
I’m applying for wic so I think they will be able to help me out a lot with that.
But for the mean time any suggestions?
also, Im trying to stay away from foods that are processed, and also fried foods.

In a days time I will usually eat this
Morning : Bowl of Frosted Mini-wheats or Cheerios,a fruit (banana,apple,or peach..depending on my mood), some raisins, and granola bar.
Lunch : Either a bagel with cream cheese, a bowl of vegetable beef soup,a chicken patty sandwich, a can of chunk light tuna (only once a week) or taquitos. For a snack i’ll have yoplait yogurt,honey graham crackers, or little blocks of monterary jack cheese.
Dinner : This depends on what I feel like making but it’s usually chicken with a can of spinach, rolls, and rice a roni (I don’t have this every night though,but it is what I crave a lot of the time!)
Oh! I also drink at least one glass of milk a day and drink Orange Juice and water throughout the rest of the day.

One thing to keep in mind is moderation. Most foods are fine as long as you don’t over do it. WIC will help but they tend to go by the book on everything. So remember that no one person is the same so no book can say what is right for every single person. Just be smart about what you put in and if ever in doubt avoid it.
