How do you look healthy while pregnant?
I am doing all I can do to be healthy while pregnant because I want my children to have the best possible start. I have stopped eating lunchmeats, gave up tuna all together as research is mixed and I can live without it for nine months, I take my vitamins regularly and walk as much as possible.
I am 5 weeks and will find if I am having twins next week. My HCG More than tripples rather than doubling every few days it is 9 times higher rather than two times. The problem is between the morning sickness and an outbreak of ance I look terribly unhealthy. I was wondering how some women stay healthy and look healthy at the same time while pregnant.

Just try to eat a balanced diet and try stay as active as you can. For your eyes and face put on Lotion everyday and night. Keeping your face hydrated will help with keeping that healthy look. ( You also have to remember pamper your self as much as you can now because it will be very hard after the baby comes!!!) We tend to loose moisture in our bodies when we have morning sickness. Drink 8 or so glasses of water a day. If you are haveing a hard time getting all of your water try eating Iceburg lettucs. It is mostly water. Good luck and best wishes!!!
Also get yourself clothes that are still you and not "Look that’s a pregnant woman" You maybe pregnant but you still have to keep your own Idenity going not the someother mom look!!!

I washed my face with cleanser every other day instead of everyday, and used hot water on regular days for my face, I love tuna and sandwiches, I have two kids and they came out fine, you are just supposed to eat 1 can a week, I would make mine just really eggy so it could last the whole week, and just heat the meat for your sandwiches. Your vitamins and your diet go along way to keep you healthy and pretty, so don’t omit them, enjoy your pregnancy it only last nine months, then it real be really hard to control your eating and looks because you will be so busy. Congrats!
u dont

Usually pregnant women have that "glow" about them.
This is due to their "rosey cheeks" because their husbands have to slap them around so much because pregnant women are real pains in the…
Hi there. I am 12 weeks and 1 day pregnant and I have been through something similar. It is quite common in the first trimester to have acne, or red blotchy skin. The beautiful glow doesn’t really show up until your second and third trimester. Keep up your beauty routine, ditch the makeup and goodluck
The first trimester is when you have morning sickness (if you’re going to get it). It’s hard to look healthy when you feel like puking all the time. Try some concealer for the dark circles. Maybe some bronzer might help. Lucky for me I had that healthy glow through out my pregnancies. Best of luck hon.
The morning sickness and acne should start to clear up at about 3-4 months. The best thing that you could do is take precautions to make sure that your body is healthy (whether it looks it or not) for the sake of your baby.
Not everyone can look great whilst preggers I sure cant!
Eating tuna is healthy I dont know why you would want to give that up, Look babies are tough little critters and as long as your not ingesting anythign harmful it will be fine and healthy.
If you are eating well and participating in regular exercise with your doctor’s knowledge, the only advice I can give you is to increase your water intake and don’t overdo it on the acne cures. My complexion actually improved when I got pregnant (everyone responds to the hormones differently), but I can tell you, having had bad acne prior to being pregnant, don’t overdo it. Only wash with a cleaner 1-2 times a day, and then use a mild one. You might have to try a few different types before you settle on the one that works for you. I use the tea tree oil collection from The Body Shop, but you might find success with something over the counter at the drugstore or something stronger like ProActiv.
Best wishes!
When my wife was pregnant with our first son her skin became blotchy, her ears and nose became bloated. She looked terrible but I tried not to let it get her down and gave her lots of kisses and support throughout the pregnancy. When she became pregnant with our second, she looked absolutely radiant! So much so, that everyone kept telling her that she must be having a girl that time because her hormones were acting on her so differently. As it turns out we had a second son, so it had nothing to do with the sex of the child, simply that your hormones can work on you such that your appearance can go either way at no control of your own. Just go along with where your hormones take you and don’t get down on a little acne so long as your baby/babies are healthy, that is all that is really important. Otherwise, follow your cravings, somehow that is your bodies way of letting you know what it needs!
