How long does a 4 month old baby growth spurt take?
Tulay asked:
My baby is half-month and 4 and that his alarm clock every one and a half – two hours for feeds at night. Relativo been like this for the last two weeks. This is a project of development and it is never going to end?

Each baby is different but yes it will pass…stay strong
if he’s waking up that frequently then i think it might be time to start weening (that’s what i did with my kids) talk to your health visitor for more advice, but i’d say it’s time to start with the baby rice and rusks. good luck xx
Growth spurts normally last for only one or two days. It could be that your baby’s not getting his caloric intake through the day and is waking up in the night to feed.. well, cause he’s hungry. Try upping his ounces throughout the day. Is he really eating each time he wakes up? (like a full bottle) If not and he’s only nibbling (2 or so oz) , try a paci-maybe he just wants to suck and isn’t really hungry. Is he napping during the day? Maybe his naps are too long and his days/nights are mixed up. Anywhos, hope this helps. Good luck!
