How to put a 10 week old baby on sleep schedule?

10 week old baby
Ryan asked:

I need suggestions on how to put my 10 weeks old on a program to better sleep. He had his first cold last week and since then, sleeping is horrible!. Before that, nap for an hour and a half hours after each one that is nurtured during the day. Also fall asleep at night around 7pm and sleep until 4pm, and increase again to 7am. Since? ? been sick, is only sleeping for 20-30 minutes after each one that is nurtured. At night? still falling alseep around the same time, ma? up to 1am, at 4am, at 5:30 and 7am. Furthermore, it really is a difficulty? refine its bottles and fall back to sleep. ? pounds of met? and 11 and takes 5-6 ounces during the day and 5 ounces during the night (usually doesn 't cover the bottles at night). The pediatrician doesn 't seem to think that we are all fundamental issues and that the issues of sleep is going to resolve over time. Any suggestions to try in the meantime

you have to get a feeding schedule set and the sleep thing will follow. If he was sick that always throws things off, he’ll get back to normal in time.

is he over his cold? if he is not still sick, then i would suggest letting him cry it out for a little while…i know that’s easier said than done…my daughter is 10 weeks old as well and that’s what i had to do (still do sometimes)…if she starts fussing while in her crib, i let her fuss for a few minutes…if she doesn’t settle down, i go in and make sure she is okay (burped, changed, etc.) and then i put her back down…she usually stops crying as soon as i walk in the room, so i know she is okay…i talk to her for a few minutes, turn her mobile on, and leave the room…i do that two or three times, and after that, i just let her fuss…it has worked really well for us…i have to admit, though, every once in a while i give in and rock her back to sleep or lay down with her for a while…she is growing up so fast!! best of luck to you!!
