I want to get full custody of my child, but the I don 't want the father must pay the family allowance for children because we are still together. I can not get full custody?

These kind of things differ from state to state. So without that information it’s hard to tell. It’s kind of hard to get full custody unless the other parent has done bad bad things…
isn’t he going to argue about that? You can agree to waive support, but you’re probably going to have to do it before a judge so that you can;t go back later and ask for back child support. Isn’t your on again off again boyfriend going to be a little upset that you’re taking him to court? do you think he is going to try to take your baby?
Unless he is proven to be an unfit parent he will get partial custody alhtough you will most likely have legal and physical custody. meaning, he will get visitation and weekends, etc but you get to make the medical decisions and what not.
Oh and you can waive child support but then you can never recieve any state benefits suh as medicaid, wic, or food stamps.
