Is it safe to wash baby bottles in clorox?

no no no throw them away.
or you can wash them throughly with a gentle dish soap, boil them in just plain water, then wash and boil
PLEASE DO NOT USE BLEACH!!!

No, that is not safe. Either boil or wash with hot water and dish soap, or better just throw them away.
