I would think teething.. have you had a little feel on her gums to see if you can feel any teeth?
My son started teething at about that time and was doing all of those things and when I checked he had a litte white bump on his lower gum!
So yeah, I would say teething..

definately teething!!!!!!!!
Get some teething gel, but i think they recommend over four months before use, also try giving a cloth to suck and chew on, or a clean finger of yours, also give some baby panadol to soothe bub to bed, as for the sleep routine, this will be out of wack for ages, some bubs cope well, others dont.

definately teething. my baby is exactly the same except he is only 6 months! so you’re lucky you got to wait a few more months
i sometimes give my son baby panadol but it makes him really sleepy then i feel bad like i’ve drugged him, so my sis in law put me onto these tablets that are totally herbal and all natural ingredients, they dissolve on the babies tongue and i think they really work. it says on the back that you can even give it to them during periods they are ‘unsettled’
i’m really sorry i don’t know what they are called cos my sis in law just gave me a handful and not the package, but im sure your pharmacy will know what they are.
good luck!
EDIT – my bad i should really start reading the questions a bit better – i thought your bub was 10 months! good grief you have an early teether on your hands!! good luck!

all of what you said is how my 10 week old daughter is. minus the bottle, i rang nurse of line, and they say could be teething but most likely it was too young for it and also could be from the 1 st immunization, which i got done 2 days prior,
they say it’s a Comfort thing when they put there hands in the mouth, so now i gave her the pacifier at bed times and i’m in and out for over 1 hour trying to put her asleep, but when she is she’ll sleep for 7-8 hours at nite, i Always think positive and know she will grow out of it.
all the best, chin up and just keep doing what you been doing, and your doing a good job too,
